If you are going to be late, please call or text to let me know you will be running late. There may be another client after you with a limited schedule, and my goal is to provide excellent service for everyone.
I am at your service and will do my best to accommodate your specific needs. Communication is key.
Out of courtesy, I do ask that all cancellations be done at least 24 hours in advance or 50% of the appointment price will have to be charged. Things come up, so just communicate and we can work on things together. Thank you for understanding.
